I read a lot of reviews and chose to buy this product. So far I have been using it for a month now, it didn't affect the digestion. But performance wise and sleep quality did not improve in my case. I am using the tablet after lunch. So far not helpful

Earlier I used Himalaya Ashwagandha. I had to consume 2 numbers for 500 mg. This one is very good and effective , now I take only one tab which gives me same effect. Cost is low without compromising quality. I'll buy this next time for sure.

I think it's good. But the problem is that the product heading gives Ashwagandha tablets containing 500 mg but the product label shows it as 100 mg tablets. The product is well below the therapeutic levels and Jiva Ashwagandha is the lowest strength composition of all brands available in the market.
