I purchased this iron supplement hoping to boost my iron levels and improve my overall health. However, my experience has been mixed. Firstly, I noticed a significant chemical aftertaste when taking these pills on an empty stomach or even after a meal. It's extremely unpleasant and lingers as burps, making it difficult to consume these at any time other than between meals. Additionally, I've experienced a concerning side effect – black stools. This was unexpected and worrying, as I've never encountered this with other iron supplements. Despite these issues, I've committed to using this supplement for a month. I plan to get a CBC test to measure my hemoglobin levels and will update this review with the results. So far, the aftertaste and side effects have been off-putting, but I'm hopeful that the supplement might still have a positive impact on my iron levels. However, I would advise caution and consultation with a healthcare professional before starting this supplement due to its side effects.

I seriously fail to understand how companies (named as "Organic") get away with such ridiculous preparations - HEAVY CHEMICAL SMELL - and look at the ingredients!: "Ingredients: Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc Gluconate, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Folic Acid, Other Ingredients{Starch(1405), MCCP(460i), Dicalcium Phosphate(338), Talcum(553-iii), Sodium Starch Glycolate, Magnesium Stearate, Titanium Dioxide(171), Cross Carmellose, Sodium(466), HPMC E-15(464)." (I quickly ordered this based on reviews as I needed to supplement with iron) And they have stated this in the description!!: "NATURAL AND HEALTHY: This product is free from any artificial ingredients, coloring, synthetic elements, binders, and filers. "!!!

I am really happy to have these iron pills. I suffered from chronic anaemia as I could not eat iron pills due to its difficult digestion...but must say this one is a blessing, I did not feel any problem or stomach upset with this one. It's been 10 days or so that i m taking this...have started feeling much better!! Heartily want to thank the makers of this excellent product!

My digestion had been normal before I started to use these iron tablets. Ever since I use them, I have constipation, bloating, gas and black coloured stool. It's very uncomfortable. I reduced my intake now. I will not buy it again. Before I had used Patanjali Nutrela iron capsule and I didn't have any of these side effects, also they were working as confirmed by my CBC blood tests.
