If you are lactose intolerant, then this does what it's supposed to do. No gas, no pains, no bloating, etc if taken just before consuming milk or milk products. Only issue is you need to take a minimum of 2 capsules and a repeat dose whenever you plan on consuming any more milk. Total VFM compared to expensive Yamoo Tablets... ????????
