I am an avid cyclist & I cycle to work everyday. I wanted to pick up a suppliment to support legs. Picked this up & it has been helpful. Overall, I found it to support leg muscles & I do see veins pop a bit more since I began taking this suppliment. As with any suppliment - its critical to increase your water intake to stay hydrated.
