I order a lot of supplements and never before had an issue, but this product caused me dizzyness and nausea as soon as consumed. First time, I had it with another quality suppplement so I did not know which of them caused it.. Later my sister tried one from same bromelain bottle from me and had a more severe reaction than me, and took 5-6 hours bed rest before she recovered.. so this product has serious defective composition and issues. I still have the product with me.

This product has Anhydrous Lactose ie milk powder listed as one of it's additives. So, if you are lactose intolerant like me then be prepared to be in abdominal pain for a few hours. I can't speak to the quality of Bromelain but why in the world would anyone put so many additives in a health supplement. I have had better luck with other brands ie H Hey etc.
