I am using this for like 3 or 4 days now so I can't really say much about its effectiveness but I read in some reviews about the fishy brups. I must say I was also concerned about it before buying but still went ahead. The first day I tried it, I was dealing with a lot of fishy brups. Like I ate lunch around 1:30 (I ate Little that day) and then took 1 capsule. I kept getting these burps upto 9 at night and that made me throw up. So nxt day I had my lunch and immediately took the capsule and had an apple. NXT day I had some chocolate after taking the capsule and the burps were pretty much non existent. I had like 3 or 4 slight fishy burps.

Hey everyone.Atish verdhan this side.. i hope you all are well and safe at your home.Now about this product.Truly a great product which help you in maintaining your fitness.Bcz fish oil contains omega-3 so its also beneficial for your health. We can intake other vitamin n minerals through our diet but for this omega there are very minimal sources to get it.Like fish oil, flex seeds and other you can do google but when we are takin about the best source .. here we are fish oil.Now why this healtkart fish oil:- bcz i m buying this 3rd time and whn i was buying this for the first time. Then i do alot of research about the best and cheap(then other) fish oil so i found this. Thats why i 'm using this product.There are alot of compnies which gives more pills in the same price but in that pills the quantity of the fish oil is not adequate. So before buying any of the brand do comparision about the quantity of pils and the quantity of fish oil per pill. So choose wisely
