But, the oil is rancid. Since the day I bought it, I have been doubtful about what the bad smell is. My father bought another fish oil and that fish oil had very much different taste. Upon research, I can 99% confirm that this is rancid fish oil. It will do no good to your immunity. It'll give you bad burps only. The company should be mindful what they're putting in the tablets. They should make a product that people would come back to buy. Go for a pricier version that is well tried and tested. If you're spending this much, you'll be able to spend more. Fish oil is very essential. If you can't afford it, stick to walnuts, flax seeds and almonds for the time being. Stay healthy. God bless all.

The product is good however the pills are too big and difficult to swallow and they are hard ones and not like the usual soft pills. I wont recommend it.
