Take before breakfast and before dinner to reduce fasting sugar levels and at afternoon and night post dinner to reduce post prandial glucose levels. Monitor sugar levels. Once glucose reach acceptable levels you may skip afternoon dose. Using Meshashringi in combination helps.

I am using this medicine since 4 months. I am diabetic since 6 yrs aprx with usual range of 350-400 sugar in blood. I was initially on insulin, then shifted to Janumet 500/50 two tablets daily.I stopped one tablet and substituted with this medicine diabex. That time my HBA1c was 7.6.Yesterday report says it's 7.0 with fasting 72.Now, I will take 2 tabs of it daily and skip Janumet.It's effective.
