This product is just marketing gimmick and nothing else. I took these tablets regularly for a few weeks and there was no significant result. It is not 1% effective for hair skin or nails. I would not recommend this to anyone as its a complete waste of money.

I was having measure hair fall. I've tried several biotin tabs from perfectil to generic biotin tab and i find this more effective as compare to price. My hair fall is very minimal now. I take one tab after lunch everyday.

On Silkrute site it says 2 tablets per day. But on tablet box it says one tablet per day.I dono which is right. I have been taking 2 per day no visible result on hair. Nails I can see them grow. Usually my nails used to tear like paper. Now I can see difference just on nail after using 2 tablet's a day. For 2 weeks.
