I'm a 60+ person. Have tried all the 3 variants available in Indian markets namely, Centrum for Men, Women and for 50+ adults. Find Men's variant having minimum or no negative side effects. The Women's variety makes me a bit drowsy & sluggish and the adult's variety even more so, for about 2 hrs after consuming. With Men's variety, I feel quite fresh during the day. I have no logical explanation for the difference felt by me since all the 3 variants have practically the same ingredients but for one additional supplement in miniscule quantity which is different for each variant. So, I should add a caveat here that my experience may not hold good for others.

It is a really good product, I take one tablet daily, and after 6-7 days i feel energetic and healthy. No need to worry about the brand and price. I think everyone should have to try it. I was looking for some supplements that would fulfill the nutrition requirements. Daily routine food does not provide with all the nutrients, which is provided by these tablets.
