These are by far the best probiotic pills available in India. As a doctor there's several things I know you need to look for, such as spectrum of probiotic strains, which in these pills is 16, far far far more than the next closest brand which only has 4 (all of which are available in regular yogurt)...These pills are also highly bioavailable and survive the upper digestive tract (highly acidic stomach and upper intestines) which usually kills the probiotic bacteria in cheaper pills, which is what your stomach is designed to do to protect you.If you're having trouble with them not working, please understand they take at least 2 weeks to start working, and most people don't take anywhere near enough. You need to be taking up to 8 per day at first, 4 every morning and 4 every evening.The only way I think they could be improved is perhaps by including a prebiotic like some other pills by the same brand sell, however you can get the same benefit by eating them at the same time as some prebiotic fruit like an apple or yoghurt / lassi etc.
