I've been using it for more than 6-7 months now. There is an improvement in the hair and nail quality, more smooth. Nail growth has increased too. It's okay to swallow, but the later you get bad aftertaste/breath. This aftertaste doesn't last for long though, Maybe half an hour or so. Though for the effects, it's worth it, I'd say.

In the product photos this multivitamin bottle has a Green Dot but the one I received had a Red Dot on it. This is false advertisement and seller should update the photos with Red Dot so that vegetarians don't accidentally end up buying it
