Firstly, I was very hesitant. I ready multiple reviews ,watched many videos and nothing assured me if I should my supplement brand. Decided to give it a try and here is my honest review.For someone who has had always flavors, the taste is really bizarre. That is the only drawback. This was my third purchase and I have seen difference. It is important you drink a lot of water and for beginners, half a scoop is efficient. For those who lift heavy, 2 scoops works wonders. Again, it was easily digestible for me but one may need to understand their body and system before and after consuming.

I have been using this one for about a month now. The only problem I have with it, is that it creates a lot of froth when I mix it with water using a shaker.In the image, you can see the froth layer. That layer is actually after I shook the bottle, then kept it on the table for 5 minutes. Even after 5 minutes, the froth doesn't go away.Other than the froth, this protein powder is pretty much what it says it is. It is flavorless, but it isn't odorless. It smells like those milk powders if you remove all sugar from milk powder and make the smell weak.As for difference in muscle gain, 1 month isn't enough to give any review on that. I might update my review for that in the future.
