I bought the Gond for making Gond Laddoos. However after sautéing the Gond in ghee, some turned soft and some very harsh like stone. I was not able to crush it as well. I arranged specially someone to bring this Gond from India to Netherlands. Unfortunately all the effort got lost.

The product was purchased to make gond ki laddu. Not sure about its theraaptic value so can't comment. I didn't get any pain relief by eating laddos. And it does seems a bit expensive. Rest I don't have any complain
