Bugs started to come out within 1 month, no quality control. I had the tea kept in separate airtight container and the pouch it came with. I found bugs in both, while my other teas looks fine. I've bought lots of teas from this brand, so disappointed to see this.

If you have sweeetooth ...it's almost impossible to drink this tea... They have mixed so many things.. taste is really weired... Aroma is not plesent... Stopped using after two days , if you have sleep problems better go for just chamomile tea..

Really like that the tea is loose leaf tea, you can see the flowers, petals and leaves. However flavors of chamomile, lavendar and valerian root is overpowered by the peppermint. So this is essentially a peppermint tea. Wish the lavendar and valerian would be felt.
