Superb taste of roiboos and great value compared to other brands. Have ordered several times. Excellent choice for a caffeine-free beverage. I drink it with jaggery and milk. Only issue: One of the product received had a small issue with teabags tearing when pulling the tag that is stuck onto the tea bag....and some roiboos leaves would leak into the cup while brewing.

Who likes their organic tea packed in little plastic net bags?! The tea tastes good and I like the box it comes in but am truly disappointed by the plastic net tea bags. I really hope the producers of Teamonk see this and change to paper tea bags. This is a completely avoidable use of plastic and in my opinion shameful coming from a company selling organic products. Plastic pollution is a serious issue and it is the responsibility of producers to at least try find ways to minimize their contribution to this global problem.

Upon receiving this product I had high hopes from the packaging and the tea. To my surprise many of the tea bags are broken/damaged/torn plus lots of loose tea in the bottom of the tin. Someone spending a sizable amount for each tea bag would and should expect better quality.

It smells and tastes delicious. I'm a bit of a tea addict and I can't possibly drink green/black tea all the time. This is a really light-weight and refreshing beverage to sip on.
