I.just loved this beverage! It's the best thing for lactose intolerant people. I love the subtle flavour and not so bland as soya milk! Good for diabetics and lactose intolerant people! A handy small packing easier to store and carry!

Disadvantages
I wouldn't recommend this sofit almond milk. It is not almond milk but almond flavoured soy milk. You can't heat it (tastes close to poison on being heated), which i think is the reason why most of us buy almond milk. I would recommend almond milk by so good, epigamia or urban platter.

This is the worst almond milk I have ever had! The package says unsweetened almond milk but it has a weird vanilla sort of flavour. I thought sofit is a good brand hence I tried this one, but it doesn’t taste like almond milk but some chemical concoction!
