many peole are concerned about high sugar contain so if you afraid of gaining weight due to sugar take it after workout as ur musles need simple carb(sugar) after workout. all other flawers are made from soy protien this is only which is made by peanut protien studies shows soy protien decrese testosterone hormone level in man so better to avoid soy protien.. take 20gm with glass of milk(250ml) total protien will be 15gm around it doesnt taste very nice but after 3-4 days you will get habitul to it
