I tried Ensure, Protinex, D-Protein. Actually Ensure was recommended by a doctor, but my body did not recommend that!. The major problem with all those are1. Create Acid reflux2. BloatingHowever, it is the Horlicks classic Malt, I feel everything is limited and there is literally no side effects even after having it for a long time, twice a day. Now that I have thrown Ensure away. So I can recommend that this drink is best when it comes to health drinks. Please remember, too much of vitamins and minerals will also have it's effect when taken from chemicals and not from natural foods....and of course all these health drinks add chemical form of Vitamins and Minerals..Keep a check on this, have a great healthy day. I had already posted the condition of the packing received, I do not have the photo now. You guys always say send this that & all. There's no point discussing about it.As I mention earlier what ever we order from Silkrute all the product comes in a proper carton boxes, but to my surprise why this food item comes in ordinary cover both times.I am sick of it .....
