It has many insects...inside the goli you can find brown bugs and the churan lauer on top of the bugs...those bigger balls are not ajwain but insects tagged along with the ajwain...i had to throw it all as its not good it have insects for the stomach

Product is good but would have been better with lesser Salt in it. Don't know the composition for that ?? but honestly any home should have this, that too at this pendamic episode. Helps in giving relif to stomach problems mainly indigestion and acetic symptoms.
