I have been using other products of Zevic for my daily sugar and baking needs. This is for the first time I've ordered their chocolate. And now I am relieved that instead of going for a bigger order I went for a trial order of a single bar. As it's evident that the product to be delivered is a chocolate then the seller needs to ensure that it reaches the customer in an edible state. Though they did pack an ice pack with the chocolate but that is never going to be enough. It wasn't just soft or in a semi molten stage. The whole bar was badly stuck to the wrapping paper which even after putting in refrigerator was difficult to be removed. Whatever I could consume had lesser satisfaction since I had to literally struggle to get it out. I hope you can find a way to pack it well so that the consumer can at least enjoy it, the very purpose of ordering a chocolate.
