Not the taste but the packaging. By the time it reached us it had melted and the foil cover got caught in such a way that separating it from the chocolate was a herculean task. The seller had sent it with a cool pack. A cool pack will last, at the most, for one hour. Waste of the cool pack and a ridiculous effort.

Product which I received was completely tempered and melted one. It had a cooling pack wrapped around it but that was also melted.. seems that product was not handled with care and the one who suffered was the one who received it and paid for the same already
