Something is wrong with the taste of this lot. I’ve just tasted 2 pcs and it is nothing like what I’m used to. I’ve spent quite a lot to buy these regularly and don’t expect this to happen. Kindly look into the issue and let me know how I can return these and get the correct ones

It has come Unshaped n but melted from inside.This last pic is of my latest order. Everyone the chocolates t coming unshaped from inside. Doesn’t give a good feel to open n eat. And it’s a premium chocolate, expensive than the others!

Product is way too costly. Wish it would tone down the cost a bit ??But amazingly tasted. ??80gms of chocolate has been divided into 8 separate bars (Like cheese cubes) that makes its consumption easier.So Dark and Healthy ??Also note that these melt pretty fast compared to other chocolates even in room temperature (currently high summer weather of 30° +.)Hence I keep them in the freezer always.

Very badly packaged product. Always melted and in bad condition to eat, you can't eat without removing the foil paper from each bite. They must improve the quality of packaging, even though I love the taste of these chocolates the condition they are delivered ruins the entire experience.
