This Salt is adulterated. Please just take a glass of water and put a spoon of salt in it. Stir till salt dissolves. You will find pink sand at the bottom of glass. I was shocked. I have attached a pic of my plate where you can see pink stain of sand in one corner. Consuming such salt can cause kidney stone and other problems. Amazon please take note.

I don't use mine for cooking but purely for curd, salads, and juices. Love the change in the flavor it brings.
