I don't use garlic very often, it's not my favorite flavor. And if you buy a dry powder, there's obviously less of a kick in it. Otherwise, this product is ok. Quality is good. Packaging is good. Works best in already-cooked gravies, less so in dry fries unless you add it right at the end. It's already roasted, so best cook it as little as possible.
