Immediately after eating fried rice made with this masala, I felt cough in my lungs which for me is a symptom I get when I eat foot that has a lot of toxic Polyunsaturated fats. Digging a little into the ingredients, I realized that it contains Silicon Dioxide which activates the TLR4 receptor and the inflammatory cascade thenceforth. Avoid

yummy but not so restaurant flavour as said by some here. But as ready to make powder, not bad. I'd rather just buy sauce and add it to your fried rice.
