DESCRIPTION : Humble cottage cheese is now just a dash away from its royal transformation. Everest Shahi Paneer Masala achieves a subtle flavour and royal aroma in every grain with pure Kashmiri spices. SIMPLE STEPS TO DELECTABLE SHAHI PANEER : Slice 300 gm paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small triangular pieces. Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee add paste of 3 onions and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir-fry for 5 min. Stir in 1 tbsp Everest Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 2 tsp magaz. 2 tsp cashew paste 40ml fresh cream and salt. Boil with 1 ½ cups hot water. Add paneer slices. Simmer till done. Garnish with green coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot.
