Oh my, wondering why I didn't order this before.As a partial vegan, I crave veggie soups but the stock making process is too time consuming. This is god-send.Very balanced sodium content so if you're conscious about that, this won't hurt your diet.Since I like mellow foods on a regular basis, apart from soups, I sprinkle it in curries and veggie preps.One bottle and I haven't even made a dent in the quantity yet, considering I consume this regularly.Bang for your buck, right here.

Best natural broth powder available in India. It's better in flavour and taste than the chicken broth/stock that I make at home. I use this in recipes that call for veggie or chicken stock. I love it so much that of late I've been sneaking this into everyday dishes to take them up a notch, especially veggie dishes that have no umami flavour of their own. Trust me, it will give the impression that you've slogged for hours over the stove. Urban Platter please never stop making this product as it's a kitchen staple for me.

Way better than the maggi cubes and convenient. It's worth the money paid as well as you need only 4 gms per 200 ml water. So it should last a decent amount of time. And finally, I would like to urge Urban Platter to correct the spelling on their packaging - it's BOUILLON not BULLION :)

Really cool for thickening up a soup. My only gripe is that the veggies used to make this are limited in variety and I would prefer something with less chemicals/sugars and more vegetable residue.

A good broth powder to make soup. Obviously (given its price) its better than the maggi cubes. Add any vegetable or meat and you have a soup with this powder.

A good product from making Vegetable Broth.We need to mix 4 grams of this powder in 200ml of boiling water. The resultant broth is very good and is very similar to the broth that we need for various recipes.

Nice product, excellent flavours. I regularly use it in the soups and the results are fantastic and makes the soups more flavourful. Add some fresh thyme and you would never want to go through the time consuming process
