Advantages
A normal plastic lid is easier & safer to use. This can like opening left sharp edges around the top lid & thus hurted my fingers. I had to use a plas to supress the tin can cover edges.

I read in the reviews that the taste is so intense. So purchased only pepper and mint. But that to is soo salty and minty and citrus that you will not get the banana chips taste. Utter waste of money. Don't recommend

It has only 1gm protein per 50gm chips which is 2% of the total nutrition and the company claims it's high protein snacks. The nutrition value is same to that of a deep fried chips. So no difference in terms of health benefits.
