Everything about the buiscuit is ok except the big thing missed to mention it's made of maida or refined wheat flour,which is very bad. In order to sell only karela,sugar free as a marketing strategy is used and main ingredient for which I as a lay man paid and bought is hidden

They tastes just like Nutri choice biscuits. No sugar is added, instead artificial sweetener is used. A good for diabetics. There's no mention of fibre content. Being a biscuit they have loads of fats. It's just a regular biscuit with good marketing

The main ingredient is maida/refined wheat flour, which is a waste product of processed wheat chemically modified and almost cent percent carbo hydrate/sugar. I overlooked this point while ordering. Karela content is not much to have any significant impact on glucose level.
