A person who have been eating gram flour items all life can easily know difference between over baked and finely baked. Terrible taste due to over baking. Could have done better. Secondly date is stamped after I ordered .. definitely something fishy. I have attached the pics. Although besan mathhis or bhakri s have longer shelf life ..this is cheating. Thirdly it's expensive ..I m ready to pay if it gives me full value of the product ..but this is not worth it . PS it's definitely gluten free
