Not quite as good as I'd hoped for. The first issue was the packaging - a fair amount of soy sauce had leaked out of the bottle despite the seal. There's nothing unique to the flavour either - just a lot of salt and not much aroma.

My mistake for not checking the ingredients first before buying but was shocked to see 6800mg of sodium in 100ml of tamari. That is exchanging gluten free for loads of salt.
