I have tested it. It is full of salt. I have eaten garlic pickle from a departmental store but it was not such a salty. Garlic test evaporated. No test of garlic at all. It could be dangerous for people who have blood pressure. It is a non-returnable product also. I do not know seller himself making or buying from the wholesale market. I can edit this review if he could send me a jar of a pickle with less salt and fresh garlic.

It tastes perfect and the masala and skin of the chilies are soft. The aroma is excellent. Oil is a bit more. A good amount of masala is not stuffed inside the chilies and somewhat outside, but its kind of OK. Overall a great product and I will buy again
