I thought it would be too sweet while ordering but it was the apt taste! Right what I was looking for - not too sour not too sweet. The garlic is cooked properly so you don’t get that raw flavour. My mother likes it a bit sour so she added some more vinegar to it and it was perfect for her too.

The pickle is decent although there is strong presence of vinegar given for longer shelf life. Additionally there are big seeds of red chilli which does not feel good while eating. The taste is however decent.
