Addme Gobhi gajar Shalgam Pickle is sweet and sour pickle made from fresh turnip, carrot and cauliflower. It has a distinct sweet n sour taste. This pickle is very famous in Punjabi community. It Is a seasonal pickle, tastes best in winters but we have made it available all year around. This Punjabi gobi gajar shalgam achar goes very well with rotis or parathas. When we buy a pickle,the last thing we want is SUGAR!!! This pickle is sooooo sweet that You can have it as a dessert after the meals..very very disappointed with the taste it leaves in your mouth. Hyped about quality but we want tasty pickle and NOT a well packaged one! Try something else

I had purchased this Gobhi, Gajar , Shaljam ka Achar of AD Me. When I opened it , a typical smell was coming out of the bottle definitely it was not of mustard oil. It appeared to me that it was vinegar. The taste was also very bitter. I tried to eat 3-4 times with my family, but nobody liked it. Then I gave this pickle to my house maid. She also rejected it. At last I had to throw this pickle in the gutter. I will request to all not to purchase any Achar from AD ME. Purchase from Standard brand like TOPS, MOTHERS RECEIPE or NILONS

This pickle should have perfect Balance of sweet and sourness but this picke is little more on sweet side. But good option for lazy people like me. Something is better then nothing . It's more like a Chutney but good.
