I just got this delivered today & checked its expirey right away. It showed use till August 2025 & I just just like hell yeah! Before ordering the expirey shown was 31 december 2024, with whick I was okay with. About the quality - the smell was like vegitable oil (kinda) but its taste is just umami. I can imagine the taste I will get after adding it to my chilli chicken. It comes in a glass bottle wrapped around in aired plastic cushion with extra cardboard inside the parcel (Prime member perks I guess). Just go for it. Worth my 275 bucks lol.

Panda Oyster sauce was a well rounded product that worked well with spicy chicken and prawn recipes. It is more salty than I had imagined, so do not add salt seasoning to your recipe till after incorporating Oyster sauce.

This certainly levels up your plain fried rice. I use this on days I'm too lazy to cook a proper meal. I follow the Korean style of beef fried rice or any meat whatsoever but tastes best with beef. Will certainly purchase again.
