It's the property of raw and unprocessed real honey that it gets crystallized at the bottom over period of time. We read that in grade 7-8 - didn't we? Google it. If honey is pasteurized and processed or if anything else mixed with honey it does NOT get crystallized. After reading some people's complain about sugary content- I knew this is real honey - I bought few kilograms !If it is not pasteurized - it can not be certified. Real and raw honey might not have any expiry date. I buy honey from farmers not from multi- national companies. Like in India we buy milk directly from the milk-man and we can also buy packaged milk - which is pasteurized.Also honey is not supposed to eat with hot food / drink and in hot summer days. Its medicinal value deteriorates.

However, I can't say that whether Patanjali is providing a 100% pure honey or not but Yes it can be considered the best amongst all the other Honey brands.• Pure Honey• Happy with the quanity at this price• Taste is superb• Quality is too good• Good that they have provided Plastic bottle instead of glass bottle like Dabur does, because there are high chances of bottle getting break if it fells down.I hope this review helps.
