Apricots arrived in a tamper-proof packing and are tangy-sweet in taste.Much better than orange colored/ soaked in sulphur Turkish apricots.Fruits are fresh, and in one of the photos locally bought apricot are kept for comparison.Seeds in this variety are smaller than the ones locally bought, and pulp is thinner but more tangy in taste.Texture of the fruit is soft/medium.Rates of both purchases are same.Amazon provides home delivery, that's the difference from buying at local stores if you are pressed for time.

Liaten folks, sulpher dioxide is used in food , fruit and vegetable industry for long. Everyone uses it to increase shelf life of dry fruits unless they are druing under plain sun. Some talk about it some don't.Don't pay attention to other reviews. Remember you get what you pay for.When I saw apricots it seemed thet they got 'stains'. But when I took them in hand I realised it is the actual colour. Like you see in ripe mangoes. Some portions are darker some are lighter.These apricots are fresh!Doesn't matter if the apricots are small, we thoroughly enjoyed the freshness and taste.Those who left negative comments saying the pieces are small are forver unhappy souls. They will always find the cheapest item in Amazon and curse it for no reason.Go buy actual export quality if you care about the size and colour so much.We loved the quality and quantity with taste and going to order again.
