There is a sure test for unadulterated palm jaggery. Put some palm jaggery in hot milk. The milk should not curdle. If sugarcane jaggery is added in hot milk, the milk curdles. The palm jaggery received by me of this seller, failed this sure test. Therefore, I declare this palm jaggery to be not pure one. Do not buy this product.

Good Taste, though slightly lumpy, but considering the price, it is the best palm Jaggery in the market. I regularly take Palm Jaggery, as it is low GI and good for Diabetes.
