Was initially sceptical to buy this as I’m way too finicky about jaggery because have had few really bad experiences with it!!This one turned out to be way too good!!Doesn’t have any sediments, doesn’t have that slight saltiness, so easy to scrape or chop and definitely tasty!!The only minus is it’s packaging, the plastic box is fragile and was broken when I received it!!So the packaging definitely calls out for improvement but apart from that, this product is delightful!!

......a must have for those on the wellness journey....substituting sugar with jaggery is a great step .....in moderation and your body will thank you for it.....Can be used for making tea....those who drink jaggery tea .....know the problems they face ....the milk curdles immediately....if the jaggery has salt or any other chemical additives .....rendering it unfit for drinking .....Trust my words ...I've suffered enough by trying out numerous brands ....but this brand is totally dependable .....easy to measure ....dry ....and can be used in a variety of forms.....to begin with tea....as a sweetener .....sugar substitute .....in any drinks ....even in lassi ...smoothie ....and even shrikhand tastes good (add to hung curd .....whip and flavor with cardamom ...nutmeg powder and a few strands of saffron ).....any sweets ....desserts ....bajra khajoor...the list is inexhaustible......A must have for every happy ...healthy home .....there are numerous benefits of consuming jaggery ......worth reminding each other .....

You can tell that It’s natural and good quality by it’s colour and taste. It also seems fresh.HOWEVER AS COMPLAINED BY MANY OTHERS, THEY NEED TO FIX BOX PACKAGING AS IT IS ALWAYS BROKEN. I AM GOING TO STOP BUIYING IT IF THEY DON’T!
