I've been regular to the gym for quite some time now and in order to keep my fitness goals on track, I use Stevia in place of normal white sugar. Not saying it's the only way to keep your weight in control, but if you need some sweetness in the milk or tea without worrying about the harmful effects that the normal sugar has, go for Zindagi Stevia Sachets without any second thought. I have sugar only for my Tea and this was not really upto the mark. V strong aftertaste and minty sweet than sugar sweet. I hope it works well in Kheer and other sweets if at all but definetly not good for Tea atleast for my palate.

This is good...I have tried few brands in stevia all of them had afta taste...but on this it was written no afta taste or bitterness...but the thing that wasn't mentioned was it isn't pure stevia extract...it has ethyritol mixed in it so it doesn't hv much afta taste...iam juz ok wid it... ull need to add more den regular stevia as ethyritol has very less sweetness... still u can go fr it... price isn't dat bad...
