This is a 1:1 sugar replacement, the best stevia mix in the market. Great for baking and anywhere else. Heavy handed usage can make food too sweet so be careful when adding.For me for most baked goods, 4-5 tbsp is good. 6 tbsp resulted in complaints of “too sweet”Does have a little of the bitter aftertaste that occurs with any stevia but only if you use too much.
