This was our first step to go organic with Sri Sri Tattva brown sugar. It smells like jaggery but tastes like regular sugar, in fact, better than that. The flavor of parent jaggery is not easy to make out when put in tea or coffee, but somehow it adds positive flavour to them. As written in the description, they've kept the quality of the product premium. The taste, texture, and size of sugar crystals do justice to their premiumness. I am highly impressed with the packaging graphics and information on it.

This is simply uncoated chini at a really high price.. I ordered this considering that they musy be sending me desi khand..but actually after finding out that this was simply chini and that too at a high price.. Sheer dissapointed

When I purchased and used it I felt the same taste of white sugar .I tested it by putting it in water instead of putting in milk or tea.The colour of water got changed to brown even without stirring and the sugar became white in colour.I purchased it fom another store nearby and the quality was good but what I got online was a fraud product

When I tried to dissolve it in water, the white crystals were separating from brown color. Looks like brown color was added to the regular sugar. I've been using brown sugar since 5 years but have never witnessed this.
