Its good quality. We use it for curries & tasted well.Cold pressed is good. I buy this when pro nature is not available.Latest update: booked nov 5th, got Jan 2019 mfg bottle which expires by jan 2020. Dint expect this old stock. So minus another star. Im not surr im gonna buy again from this brand any more

I love to cook and when I shifted to this oil I noticed that I lasted me longer than the regular oils. That means less oil to cook food. Also I love its ground nutty flavour that accentuates while cooking. Haven't used it for frying but used it for braising, broiling, sautéing and also baking.
