I shouldn't have to tell you why olive oil is good for you . Amongst the others that I've tried , I found this one to quite good.( I only tried different EXTRA VIRGIN olive oils ).Yes, it comes in a plastic bottle and I stored it in a cabinet and no quality was compromised. It is good believe me.I have food allergies and changing oil affects me. But I had no problems with this oil. I have used along groundnut and sunflower oil from other brands no problem .If you check around on Silkrute ,you'll see the image for proper usage of oil. PLEASE FOLLOW IT .Many people would want to use it for other purposes than cooking and I can't comment on that as I don't .I have used this as salad dressing and for light stir fry. Works quite well.
