Buy olive oil only for saute and spraying over salads and light meals. Pls don't buy this for cooking Indian meals which uses frying, tempering and is more suited for Middle east countries.Better go with mustard oil for regular Indian cooking as Olive oil forms complex carbon compounds when used for frying Indian food. This is a marketing gimmick to trick users to buy olives in the name of Zero Cholestrol.Any plant based food is always free from Cholestrol which is found only in animal sources food. Do not fall prey to buying Olive for no Cholestrol.Buy only for light meal cooks.Prefer mustard oil over this.

I have tasted a lot of Oliver oils and usually there's a bitter/spicy aftertaste by which one comes to know the purity, this one has no bitter/spicy aftertaste and once ingulped it down it didn't feel like of any Olive flavor ☹.Probably this is a blended oil.

I ordered this olive oil during lockdown because i wanted to make hummus, pasta, etc with it. This oil does absolute justice in terms of the flavour. I would highly recommend you all to purchase it. Also, the only area of improvement could be providing the oil in a glass bottle instead of plastic one otherwise all good. Thanks for taking out the time to reading the review. This thing tastes like ultra refined mustard oil..This doesn’t have any aroma or any kind of after taste .. they robbed me.. I don’t think I’ll ever buy any products from amazon again.. 2 stars.. at least they gave me something oil like.. this is no extra virgin.. even it’s NOT a olive oil whatsoever… I fear every Di Sano product is like this… and the bottle didn’t had any seal.. and the plastic seal which was around the neck .. I could open the bottle without breaking that.. Imagine.. like it would have been opened and you’ll never know.. on the second try it broke.. it’s not cheap.. this is not good.. cheating people.. I should’ve thought this is very cheap for olive oil.. but still it took my every dime.. crying won’t help though.. they just robbed me.. it’s IDK , what chemicals are in there.. I can’t use it..
