This is an excellent oil, i take a couple of spoonful in the morning on its own, I also cook with it and use it on my skin. I have notice lots of health improvement like more energy, weight loss, lower blood sugar and great skin.This product also comes in a glass bottle which is most important. It makes me scream when i see companies selling very good organic cold press oils in plastic bottles. The chemicals in the plastic leach into the oil and totally ruin the benefits.
