This is the first time that we have bought a ghee, after consuming which, we don't feel heavy or bloated or that we are too much. It feels very natural and only a small amount satiates. We have also noticed that we need to use a smaller quantity that other brands that we have tried to cook the same amount of food.The flavour is very subtle and satisfying. It does not crysralise after cooling and keeps its smooth texture. Even when it solidifies, we don't see heavily separated crystals which normally form when different kinds of fats have been mixed.The packing was fabulous and safe. It comes in a glass jar, so one can easily upcycle that. We sre definitely going to reorder.We are very happy

This ghee is absolutely amazing. You will notice difference in the color that is very mustard yellow types and if you know it is a sign of purity in cow ghee. As soon as you will be using it to give a tadka on anything first the difference will be noticed as this desi ghee has a strong smell what i mean by strong smell is it is very slightly pungent but you and your neighbours definitely will know that u are using a very good product to cook and literally as soon as my mother put it in the kadhai see instanly said she used to eat this type of ghee with the same smell at her grandmother's house. Why you get the identical but strong smell(it really travels a long distance i dont know y) is because in normal method you would be boiling literally boiling the ghee that causes the ghee to actually nearly go bad or bad if you do overcook it but that very hard to do thanks to its highest smoking. Though the price is high but if you get to know the Bilona process how much hard work and time it takes it completely justifies the price . I will recommend you guys to keep it in a thicker glass jar if you can or go witha metal one but never a plastic one it destroys the ghee's property. A2 cow ghee is called an elixir in ayurveda and let me tell you guys out there after consuming this it has increased my testosterone level also. I got a thicker beard and really got of the laziness i dont know if the results will be the same for you guys to but this is a property i noticed. Just go for this ghee if you have the money use it for cooking everything if not then it is completely fine to use 2-4 teaspoons in a day. Last thing use this on ur aloo parantha rather than processed and high sodium butter u get from other marketing giants it will take amazing. Thanks for taking the time to read by review!

The purest taste and smell

I ordered this product after reading very positive reviews and as I was looking for a Ghee made from Kankrej Cow's milk. I am all in praise for this product and after a week of using it, can't find any negative thing. - The Packaging is good wherein the ghee is packed in premium quality glass jar and has good protection all around to prevent from ant breakage/spillage during delivery - The smell of the ghee as soon as you open the bottle is divine and as per me, that is how a traditional ghee should smell like - The taste and colour is also good - The ghee may be priced higher than the normal commercial A1 cow ghee available but as per my usage of the product, the price is completely justified given that its really a premium product from Gavyamart.I will definitely stick to this ghee and order again and also explre other products of Gavyamart as I am impressed by their quality of product.

I have been using home made desi ghee till date. However due to covid situation I was not able to get it from home. Started to browse for it online and found gavyamart ghee, ordered it based on reviews and it was worth it. I was skeptical about glass jar being delivered but it was packed perfectly. Smell and taste was like pure ghee that i used to have and texture is grainy smooth. Even if you keep it in fridge, it will not go hard, take it out and it still is soft.Writing this review after using or say almost finishing it. Go ahead and buy this if looking for pure desi ghee.

One of the best things about this product is that it is produced by Bilona method. After a serious bought of giardia, my digestion has been terrible for a few years now. So I generally stay away from dairy. Once in a while the urge to try some dairy would kick in. I love butter on my toast and ghee with my dhal. But I would notice bloating when I consumed dairy from regular Indian brands. I then thought I would spend some more and tried lurpak, the Danish brand. I still didn't feel great. So basically I gave up hope of ever eating healthy fats from dairy products.A couple of years ago I read some material about a1/a2 Casien, but didn't take it seriously. I thought it was one of those crazy theories people come up with to answer complex questions about nutrition in a very controversial manner. But I am the sort of guy who likes to give things a go before I settle it. So I tried a2 milk from some producers in Bangalore and I really felt no different. I tried to procure some ghee from a village nearby which apparently was from hallikar cows (a2). Again not much of luck with the bloating. I shelved the exercise for almost a year.Enter Covid and I thought I will give it one final shot and then painfully let go of my love for Dairy. I looked for a2 ghee brands on Amazon and read through the reviews. I liked the price point and the reviews on the Gavyamart Bilona ghee and went for it.The packaging was good. The thermocol casing added protection to the glass bottle and that was wonderful. The first day I fearfully tried it with some Dhal and rice and waited for that familiar bloated feeling. Instead I woke up the next day feeling slightly more active and alert. There was no bloated stomach and boy was I glad! The flavour is good as so is the smell. Its not going to blow you away. But this is the real deal. I have no digestion issues with this ghee and I threw out my lurpak and use it on my toast too. There is some curd smell after a while, but I don't mind that. I am just thankful for this product that brought back the joys of childhood and is so friendly to my gut. I suppose the a2 theory is true after all. Atleast for my battered gut.

This is a wonderful ghee. This was my second order and everything is great. The thermocol packaging, the texture of the ghee, its color, its aroma and the taste - everything is perfect. It did not cause any digestive problems as well. Anybody who understands Ghee, that is, how an ideal ghee should be, will for sure find the taste of health in it. It is also FSSAI certified and the print shows it's made from A2 cows' milk. I think they should also add the breed of the cow on the label, that is Kankrej, as it is mentioned in the product details in Amazon. This was the first time I tried Kankrej cow milk ghee and found it to be tastier than Gir cow milk ghee. The price is of course high, but I still think it is value for money, as pure A2 cows are rarely found these days. I have tried various brands of A2 cow ghee in the past, but this one seems to be the best until now. Thank you Gavyamart, keep up the good work. I have been using this bilona ghee from Gavyamart since past few months now.The day when I received my first delivery of gavyamart bilona ghee, I was very happy by seeing the kind of packaging. It was the best packaging I saw in my past 9-10 years of online ordering. Flavor is good and we are noticing health benefits like I used to suffer from frequent cough and cold, and sinus problems. But after using this I have passed whole winter season without suffer from the cold. Product is of good quality and I am using it for enhancing flavor of chapati, daal, khichdi and also for frying.

I have tried many ghee brands for authentic vedic bilona ghee, and found this one to be the most authentic cow ghee. Right from the taste and the smell, it came across true to its claim. I am not sure why but eating this ghee regularly reduced my weight to some extent and my weight remained constant even without any exercise and consuming this ghee daily, this ghee made my energy levels go up too. It also has other benefits for men especially.All in all, this is my go-to brand for pure vedic bilona ghee.

I had done extensive research on pure cow ghee and had tried several other brands too, but my search ended here. I liked this ghee a lot and within 2 days of use, I ordered one 1 kg more for my mother’s home. They too liked it a lot. It was superb for cooking. 2 weeks back I had developed severe allergy on my face and doctor asked me to use Cetaphil cream on my face. No other cream or moisturiser was able to relieve my problem. Since Cetaphil was not available locally amd I had to wait for its delivery, i started applying ghee on my face. I was amazed to see my allergy reducing fast even without cetaphil. I remembered the old saying that Pure desi ghee from cows is Amrit. I found out these cows were not put on any injections and hence the purity and naturalness of the milk is intact. No wonder the ghee is so good and also effective on skin too. I would strongly recommend this to everyone. Also, just to mention that it is from Kankrej breed of cows- the one seen on the picture with Sri Krishna.Enjoy ur life with a healthy pure ghee! It is really good. I prefer the bilona method to the other method, but thats a very personal choice. You may choose whichever you want because the quality is ensured in both!The price suits my pocket and just goes to show that these people are not money mongers who want to drain people’s pockets in the name of pure cow ghee. Reasonably priced product.
