Malnad Gidda ,local Indian breed cow A2 desi ghee.The aroma,flavor, consistency is wonderful and the ghee feels v light on stomach unlike the regular market bought ghee.The packaging was also v neatly done.QR code is given so we see the testing methods that the ghee goes through plus we know from which farmer the ghee is sourced from.I request the Indic Organics team to maintain this same standards.I really hope and wish these cows don't go through the artificial hormonal injections process that most of the cows are put through these days.

At first I tried their smaller variant to see if there really was any difference paying extra vs others in the market; and there truly is. Very impressed on how well the taste remains when storing in a cool dry place and using for month at end.For ones using the 1L jar one I recommend scooping small bits at a time to a smaller jar and keep the larger on away from humidity to maintain flavor.

not a pure ghee anymore I had ordered 2nd time of this brand first time texture & quality was very good but this time it looks like ordinary ghee which is available at local shop around RS 700/kg I think this is waste of money considering so called a2 brand and high cost

Excellent product as a whole. I can safely say that my search for authentic Desi cow ghee ends with this product.Along with amazing taste, flavour and aroma this ghee is also highly medicinal as claimed. Plus, an added cause to save Malnad Gidda from extinction.Packaging is super safe and delivery is highly professional.A bit expensive but that is what is the case with all authentic genuine and good foods as they have become rare.
