Tried this ghee for the 1st time. It tastes delicious, smells good and totally worth the money. As the brand claims that this ghee is purer than the ones easily available at market , it does feel so after looking at the ingredients, the process of making the ghee , and also feels good to know that the cows weren't coerced into giving the milk, or weren't injected for increased milk production.

Purest ghee I could find anywhere, my dad uses it for nasal drops and has recovered from sleep disorder. And the fragrance consistency and everything is super for this brand of ghee. This product is not at all pure gir ghee, does not have the aroma of ghee at all. Looks like it is mixed with some thing else, like Dalda (Vanaspati). I was very much excited to see it but got disappointed after opening it. May be Anweshan should stop getting from them. Their ghee of Karnataka local cow breeds are far far better than this gir cow ghee.

The smelll is too strong. I have ordered other ghee as well from other companies. This one tops it all with strong and not pleasing smell.
